Luxe Intuition ships from Colorado.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE Standard USPS & UPS Ground shipping for all U.S orders covering all products sold. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic standard shipping can take up to 5-7 business days via USPS.  Allow for 1-2 business days processing time for most items.  Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time for Candles. DOMESTIC: If you haven't received your item after 30 days please contact us. All our orders come with tracking and we only work with trusted suppliers.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Please note: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail & UPS Ground.

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

What if I am not at home for the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postal service will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you can then collect your package at the designated post office. 

Tracking says my package is delivered but I haven't received anything what should I do?

If your address is correct and your package says "delivered" but hasn't reached you please contact the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are paid to USPS, and once the package has been handed off to them it is their job to get it to you.

Please review your shipping address when placing your order. 

We CANNOT refund orders that have been marked as delivered to the address that you have given us. Luxe Intuition is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.
